Thanksgiving is nearly here. The Nevada City Rancheria Nisenan Tribe is giving thanks in all the ways our community is supporting CHIRP during Nisenan Heritage Month. Your support keeps us steadfast in our mission to Preserve, Protect and Perpetuate Nisenan Culture.
With real conversations about Thanksgiving we feel it even more critical to stand in support of the Nisenan people. We honor the Indigenous People of this land, the Nevada City Rancheria Nisenan Tribe and support them in the Restoration of Federal Recognition.
