LandBack
Just met with someone who is "giving it back" because they strongly believe in that. Someone added their home in a living trust so it will be bequeathed to CHIRP on behalf of the Nevada City Rancheria Nisenan Tribe upon their departure. This is the second of such to happen and they are definitely modeling for the #LandBack movement. While it's a little uncomfortable to be having these conversations with people while still in their vigorous years, it's also opening doors to framing the future!
